Got back to the gym tonight, and made the day count. Even got a legit atta-boy from the most accomplished guy in the box. At least that's the way I'm going to choose to take it. Brace yourself, CS, I'm coming with at least another 5 points out of this weekend.
TRICK:
W/U - 2x 250m row, 10 burpees
Lift - 3x6 overhead squat (155#)
WOD - 10min AMRAP: 7 knees to elbows, 7 hang power clean (115#), 7 burpees = 4 rds, 20 reps
(And yes, that's 44 burpees on the day)
TREAT:
slice of frittata
2 hands of grapes
big fajita salad
1 hand of almonds
1 hand of raisins
2 tablespoons of cashew butter
chicken alfredo
brussel sprouts
1 hand of pistachios
(this is probably too heavy on nuts) (that's what she said)
