Finally. I finally got in everything I wanted to get in. Ate well (though some might argue not enough) and got in a nice workout earning myself my first bonus .5 of the month. Additionally, and this is where NM should be SCARED, I am 1/9 of the way to my goal.
Eats:
snack - quite a few grapes throughout the day
lunch - steak bits, 1/2 a zucchini, 1 tomato, 4 small peppers
That's it. I meant to eat more but got home and had to run the boy to soccer, did a killer (at least for my current condition) power walk/hike through Fox Run Park, found my new Pikes Peak training grounds, got home from practice and took off to catch a HS football game. Along the way I avoided the pizza sitting in the press box (not looking for accolades Mr. Rock) and somehow dinner. Didn't really feel hungry until about 11:00pm so at that point I just went to bed.
The big test is today and tomorrow when I'm home all day....
