I was hoping for better on the day. Got up too late for a real breakfast, but did make a good smoothie before heading out the door. Had a good ol' smoked turkey leg for lunch, but passed on the sides. Got a decent dinner, but probably not enough veggies on the day, and the pistachio bomb while watching a movie isn't all that great. You'll notice there no trip to the gym. I was just too tired at the end of the day and called it. Big plans for Saturday morning, however, should help make up for it. The best laid plans...

Protein smoothie w/tiny bananas, and kale
1/2 hand of almonds
Turkey leg
Small bag of carrots
3 sticks of celery with cashew butter
One-half handful of grapes
2 egg scramble, with mushrooms, peppers, olives, avocado and salsa
3 slices of bacon
2 hands of pistachios
