Shoot for the stars, land on the moon

Wasn't quite the epic day I'd hoped, but still got most of what I'd hoped done. Hit the gym first thing, and got a lot of cooking done for the week ahead. In the interim, however, a week of less than 8-hours of sleep a night caught up with me, as I took a pretty hardcore nap midday. Actually, it was more like naps. So breathe easier, CS. I didn't quite max out on the day.

EATS:
Bowl of green chile chicken soup
2 slices of bacon
1 hand of pistachios
1 hand of grapes
Big salad with chicken, peppers, tomatoes and olives
1 hand of carrots w/almond butter

5x5 back squats (255#)
30ea box jumps, front squats (95#), kb swings (75#)=5:33
