Back on the upswing

Weight went down again today.  At this point this is my only real hope to beat NM, so I need the weight to go down...a lot.

Eats:
ground turkey
zucchini
almonds
apple
2 hard boiled eggs

Workout:
moved a sheet ton of boxes tonight does that count?

I'm in a bad mood and getting my arse kicked by goat-tee boy.  I've got nothing more to say.
