Slipping

Had something great I wanted to post tonight. Didn't write it down. Now I've completely forgotten it.

I'm old.

GRINDING:
W/U: 500m row
Lift: 3x3 tempo dead lift (235#), 2x4 deadlift (245#)
WOD: 18min EMOM - Odds: 4x2ct front squats (115#), Evens: 30sec front leaning rest

GIRDING:
Frittata slice
hand of grapes
bowl of green chile chicken soup
hand of carrots
big salad w/peppers, mushrooms, olives, tomatoes and salmon
