Since I missed my normal Monday weigh-in last week since I was still on vacation, I weighed in the morning after we returned. 252, though not happy, I was afraid that it could have been worse since I only worked out once over that time. I immediately started my "food journal" and as always, was surprised how low my calorie intake was from Thursday through Sunday. As a result today's weigh-in was 249 (250 if I leaned really far forward, but that doesn't count). Hopefully I can continue this 2-3 pound a week drop for the next 2-3 weeks as I have a race coming up and would prefer not having to drag extra...OK, there will still be plenty of "extra"...up the mountain.
Nice going NM on the consistent drop. Do I hear the 280's knocking?
