Saturday's Workout

Workout: Woke at 5:00 am - great summer vacation schedule huh? - and headed to Manitou Springs to take on the Incline today. My original goal was to go from Hydro to the 7.8 sign on the Barr trail (about 4.5 miles and a 2500 ft. elevation gain), but I had a soccer game to get to so I had to adjust to a shorter workout - which I suppose is better than no workout. Did the Incline, starting at the fence, in 43:51, about five minutes off my record, which is OK since today is an "easy" day.

Eating:
pre-workout - 1 slice of toast with PB
8:15am - 1 bowl cereal
12:00 - 1 can of diet Pepsi, turkey/cheese sandwhich
3:15pm - steak philly, fries and soda (very bad)
5:00pm - bowl of cereal
8:00pm - cheeseburger and diet soda

Overall, not a very good afternoon/evening. This is exactly the point of this blog!
