A nice start...bad finish

Somehow managed to drag myself out of bed first thing this morning and hit the road for a 40 minute trek. Since about the third week or so of the program, been trying to do the training runs non-stop, without the walk break at every mile that we've been doing on the long Saturday runs. Got to admit that 40 minutes impresses me; back in February, I was panting at the 5 minute mark.

Consumables: yogurt/grapefruit/8 oz box of chocolate milk (lotsa potassium) for breakfast; rice/cabbage/shrimp burrito for lunch (with side of tortilla chips...oof) for lunch; and same turkey wrap for dinner with more chips (thankfully they're gone) and some candy for dessert (thankfully, also gone).

Gonna try to do the first half of the day pretty much the same way tomorrow. Gonna try and not do the second half of the day the same way tomorrow.
