Guiness...mmmmmmm. It is an extremely low cal and healthy beer - just for the record. How many peanuts constitutes a "handfull"? Is this like the golf shop that gives you as many tees as you can grab in a "handfull" for $1? If that's the case...
...you probably still did better than me.
The bad news probably starts tomorrow as the family and I head up to the mountains for a week. The bad news is that we are taking a lot of snacks - for the kids of course. The good news is that we'll be out and about a lot, which will include lots of walking (at 9000 ft.), lots of biking (at 9000 ft.) and lots of hiking (at 9000 ft). In addition, I'll most likely have a 30 lb 2 yr old in a pack on my back for most of this. I'll probably have a few more drinks than I usually do, but hopefully the activeness will make up for it.
No workout today, my left leg is a little sore and the last thing I can afford is an injury that might put limits on me. Hopefully I can squeeze in a PM workout tomorrow and then a Friday, lon Sunday and a Tuesday workout...all at 9000 ft.
2 bowls of cereal (thankfully it is all gone now), PB&J for lunch and some Mac n cheese during the afternoon. A few snacks, but nothing too bad (but again, nothing as good as NM's snacks). Dinner hasn't happened yet, but we're headed out soon for the evening (US x Brazil womens volleyball game) and may not get another chance.
Hopefully we take the 'puter with us so I can continue this blog over the next week, if not I'll play catch up when we get back.
