Dragged myself out of bed and wasn't feeling great. Guess the beer the night before didn't really agree with me. Was a bit worried I was going to have problem during the run, but everything settled down once we got going. At that point, I was just more worried about the run. Finished the nine miles without any real trouble, though not sure how much further I could've gone if this had been a longer one. Obviously, that was the workout for today.
Eats: couple of power blocks during the run, had a smoothie from Keva (love the Keva Juice) after the run, a ciabatta toasted with some cheese for lunch, had dinner at Scalo with the family (aunt from CS was in town) and ate linguini with shrimp and salmon, had a beer (Widmer) there and then a chai when everyone went for dessert afterward. Had three more Bud Lights w/Lime (much better than the regular swill flavor) at a houseparty afterward where we started planning a big group camping trip for next weekend. Avoiding the crap food there will muy dificil.
BTW, you booked tix for San Antone yet? And you gonna make Vegas?
