Saturday

Exercise: today was a rest day so I did nothing... but I've got a big workout scheduled for tomorrow.

Eating:
9:30 - banana - ate a little late considering I had been up for several hours by this point, we'll blame it on life.
12:00 - an orange and a ham and cheese sandwich (left off the mayo).
2:00 - three cookies at the soccer party - considering what all was available, I suppose this could have been much worse...
5:00 - ...and so it was. Had two little bags of some type of cookie snack - that's what happens when I'm sitting on my butt watching horse racing in the middle of the afternoon after a day in the sun.
8:00 - 2 cobs of corn, one hamburger bun, and two servings of sloppy joe's. I've now had ground beef two days in a row. I also feel that I ate a little late tonight. On a positive note, I boiled the ground beef and drained/rinsed it to decrease the fat (and taste).

Overall not a bad day - big workout tomorrow!
