How nice is that title? I amaze myself sometimes. I need to catch up on my workouts. Last Thursday, my first day back after the family trip to Keystone I hit the treadmill (boring - yes, convenient - yes, no painful downhill back to the car - yes) for a 90 11% incline workout. The workout felt great, I felt great, the pace was great, and I even jogged the last few minutes just for fun. Took Friday off, though not by choice, as well as Saturday which was by choice as I rested up for Sunday. Sunday I did the Barr trail up about 7.5 miles to the bottomless pit. I pushed the uphill to Barr Camp and got my 2nd fastest (fastest non-race) time. Took it easy up to BP and the plan was to jog it all the way back down but.... I stopped at BC for awhile to chat and had a hard time getting going after that. Got down 4 minutes faster than I got up. I'm off today, but I'm hoping for a bike ride later this evening.
Does walking from the great Rockies seats we sat in Sat. night back UP to the concourse count as a workout?
