Nice job eating NM!! Count the calories one day and let me know what that totals - your diet (in the food-you're-eating sense, not the I'm-a-chick-trying-to-lose-wight-without-doing-anything definition of diet) sounds like a good plan to follow. I've noticed that I'm eating a lot more for breakfast than during the school year, mainly because...well I have no where to be until August! I need to work on that.
As far as my workout, I did 1:01 hours up the trail and about 31 minutes down. Felt pretty good even though my legs were still a little heavy from Sunday. Overall, a great workout for midweek.
As for eating, I need to go back to my old reliable trick that I use every time I fall off the wagon - write down everything I put in my math - before I put it in my mouth - and record the calories, while trying to stay under a certain total - right now that would be about 2500. The benefit of writing it down before I put it in my mouth is that I may stop once I realize that the little snack has 90 cals per serving and the whole bag has 4 servings, I may not eat it.
That said, I don't think I ate real well. Too many cereal refills, a big Chile's chicken salad for dinner and something I can't remember for lunch. Of course there were snack throughout the day and an extra bowl of cereal somewhere in there. This will get easier once I start writing everything down as I eat it - instead of trying to remember the following day.
