Like my compadre, I was a little bummed by the Scale Experience this morning. Been running (slowly, but still) for almost 4 months now, and haven't dropped much to speak of. Pants feel different, belt is two or three notches smaller, but the numbers haven't really budged. Maybe the Big Brother-feel of this little experiment will help.
Workout: Got in my 30 minute training run at about 9pm tonight. Couldn't get moving early enough this morning and had class right after work, so that was the earliest I could do. So that's good. Meant I didn't eat dinner until almost 10. Not so good.
Eats: Had a yogurt, a cup of grapefruit and a stick of string cheese for breakfast. Turkey & Swiss sandwich (mustard, don't dig the mayo), carrots and a string cheese for lunch, another string to take the edge off at 3ish, a diet green tea during class, and then a salad with tuna and oil and balsamic for dinner. Did break down and had the cookie for dessert. Overall, not too bad.
Unfortunately, tomorrow doesn't look as promising...
