Started the day off a little bummed by my weight. Although it hasn't changed since Saturday, it hasn't changed since last Monday (my usual weigh-in day) either. I thought I had a pretty good week working out and a better than usual week eating. Hopefully, I'll see a better result next week.
Today was a rest day so I didn't work out. My knees are a little sore, but running 6 miles downhill will do that to a Fatboy.
Eating: Scrambled eggs (2) with ham and a little cheese. Small personal pizza (not as bad as it seems, only 270 cal.) I did real well not getting anything at Sonic when I stopped there to get a drink for my son. I did have a milkshake in the afternoon and 2-3 servings of a tuna casserole for dinner. Did pretty well on the snacks, then again I was out of the house for several hours with the kids.
One problem being a teacher is that during the summer it's very easy to get up and get food when you get hungry. During the school year, well...I'm stuck in class and going somewhere to get a snack really isn't an option. Waiting to see how NM did today knowing he'd have to divulge his eating record. Nice job on the 8 miles, only 18 more by November...watch out Kenyans!!
