Yeah, well...had to happen sometime


Yeah, so Thursday went all kinds of sideways right out of the gate. Didn't get up early enough to get to the gym before work, friend of mine called to invite me out to lunch, and then got tied up in a bunch of pointless shite at the office until almost 7. By that time I'd just had it, called it a day and went home. In short: Bustorama.

The tally:
cup of yogurt
cup of grapefruit
Blake's Lotacombo (green chile cheeseburger, fries, soda)
1/2 seafood salad
crabcake
rice

But today was a different story. Even though I fudged yesterday, I was bound and determined to get in my three training runs for the week, so bounced out of bed and got the gym before work. Still really slow, still really fat, but got it done. Now, just gotta figure out if I can do the 6 tomorrow.
