Better than expected



Was happily surprised this morning when I got on the wheel of fortune and saw that I actually lost a pound or two last week even without getting my weekly runs done. Apparently digging up and removing most of your backyard is a kind of workout on its own.

Spent most the day jumping through foolish hoops at work and then had to boogie after work so I didn't get a workout in on the day.

Down the hatch:
yogurt
grapefruit
corned beef sandwich
1 1/2 handfuls of baby carrots
2 handfuls of crackers
2 pc. beef jerky
chipotle chicken pasta
sm piece o'bread
2 cups of root beer

Back here tomorrow with working #'s.

Couldn't help but notice that you're already at my target weight! *SOB*

My son has offered to be my 'personal trainer' to get me out running in the parks in exchange for driving lessons. Erm. Is that a good deal?
