Slow start on the day, and too many carbs. Big bowl of cereal with grapes in it with two slices toast for breakfast, cheeseburger, tots, cherry lime slush for lunch, spinach salad and grapes for dinner. Not great, but wait...
Needed a little head clearing activity so spent a little time giving a good once over to my oh so cluttered garage and took a load (probably just the first) to Goodwill, and then came back and jumped on the bike for a nice long ride. In fact, due to the fact that my front tire lost air not once but twice during the ride, it was longer than I'd intended. Looks like I've got some work to do before the next ride.
