
Holy cow! For the second day running, I rolled out of the house and got to the gym before work. Gotta say, the getting moving that early is tough, but it sure feels good to have the day's workout out of the way by 9AM. And I'm actually surprised the gym isn't more full at that hour. There was NOBODY on the 'mills at 7:45. Let's see if I can keep this up one more day.
And I think I'm getting the right frame of mind about this eating thing. I feel like I ate too much today, but when I finally write it down, it doesn't look all that terrible. See if I can keep that up, too.
