Day 3 in a row...and then the collapse

And it started so well...

Got up bright and early and made it to the gym before work. Put in my time on the 'mill, stopped for a smoothie on the way to the office and behaved myself for most of the rest of the day. Then a buddy of mine suggested that we go out for a pint or two and, well, you can imagine the rest. Better yet, don't. It'll disappoint us both.



Today's score:

cup of yogurt
grapefruit cup
Brazilian Blast smoothie (Apple and raspberry juice, raspberry sherbet, blueberries and Acai)
two pieces of banana laffy taffy
vanilla coke zero
6inch ham/turkey
Small bag of cheezits
small bag of cheetos
two pints of beer
and then it all went to hell...

Good news is I can try again and do it right tomorrow.
