A Little Improvement...(very little)

Alright, so probably figured by now that Friday was bunk (no workout, didn't eat as well as I should've), so I didn't show my face around here. Don't know if Saturday was much better, so let's go to the videotape.

Last week we moved our running our running group up an hour to try escape the increasing temps during the day as our runs got longer. Of course, as soon as we did that, big cold front comes in, drops snow all over the place (except here in River City of course...dry as a bone) and lowers the temps by a good 15-20 degrees. So the start this a.m. was pretty brisk, but with the right clothing it was pretty comfortable once I got into my pace. Ran my 6 and felt like I'd done it a bit faster than past long runs and I think the numbers below bear that out. Goal this week is to keep the pace up just a bit and to get in all three training runs, starting with one actually on Monday so I'm not trying to squeeze all three in at the end of the week.

AND WHERE THE HELL IS CS!? Won't call, won't write, won't tell me to F-off...He get kidnapped in Mexico?
