
So day started with a pleasant surprise when I hopped on the scale. Even did it a second time to make sure I was seeing things correctly. And here I thought I'd had a relatively lame week, workout/eating right-wise. Huh.
Then, stayed true to my goal of hitting the gym at lunch. Was almost talked out of it by the some of the boys making an indian food run, but thankfully another of my pals was steadfast and hit the mills. Ate a little worse snack wise than usual, but I'll get that back in line for tomorrow. Think part of the snacks were just things other than work/working out sucking a bit. Just gotta deal with it. Especially since my postponed brewpub lunch looms tomorrow.
