OK, so I'm not going to get a good workout in today, but since I don't have anything first thing in the morning, going to try and hit the mill first thing. Hit the scale outta bed and gotta admit, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It wasn't good, don't make any mistake, but it wasn't as bad as I was worried it'd be. I'm dropping 20 before DC/Denver. At least.
In the meantime, the goods:
4 pieces of beef jerky
cup of chai
6inch turkey ham subway
small bag sun chips
20oz soda
small spinach salad
chicken salad sandwich
grapes
glass of milk
Seriously. First thing in the morning. In the meantime, day of rest...
