
Slow start this a.m.; seems to happen when I've got nothing official scheduled. Nothing really eventful to speak of; went to work, came home for lunch, shaved my head after work (well, OK, not quite), hit the gym for a run, talked to a friend for 20+ minutes, mostly about something I don't really want to talk about at the moment, and headed home. Mi vida loca.
Good thing, I've gotten two of my three runs done for the week and it's only Tuesday. Gotta see if I can get in all three this week without a break. Take it from me, breaks suck.
The downhill:
yogurt
grapefruit
3-4 pieces of jerky
6 M&M's
salmon salad wrap
2 glasses of milk
candy bar
2 small quesadillas
4-5 crackers
