Is anyone else glad to see me?

Let me begin with several congrats to NM. First for the consistent blogging. Second, for the consistent good eating. Third for the the steady weight loss. At two pounds a week you'll drop another thirty prior to the 26.2. One piece of advice for your 14er this weekend: don't go out and eat 5000 calories in food during the rest of the day despite the fact that you'll be hungry. On the other hand, make sure you eat something to start the recovery process (they say PB and banana with a chocolate milk is the best. I need to run (no, not that kind of run) so I'll finish this manana.
