
Though I got in most of my non-running workouts this past week, I think you'll be able to see that the week wasn't nearly complete. And I feel like shite because of it. The eating wasn't too great, either. And hey, great that this breakdown has come just as the eat-yourself-silly holiday season is about to begin. Bah Pinche Humbug.

Notes - Just awesome; trail along bottom of Keystone mountain, about 3" of snow, just gorgeous. Altitude, however, is not my friend. And there may have been some beer and nachos later in the day. Oh, and much more nachos.

Total time - Like I said, 8+ hours
calories - Given the junk food, net gain for sure
Avg HR - About as low as possible while still being awake
Tempo - 55mph from KS to Denver, 65-70 Denver to Raton Pass, 85 Raton Pass to ABQ
Notes - snow or at least wet everywhere in CO, not-quite-whiteout and icy to top of pass, but NM was practically bone dry for the whole haul in to ABQ
