Fatboy Running Club: What's that Smell?

The Rules

No sugar or other sweeteners (If it ain't in there naturally, it ain't supposed to be in there at all)
No grains (incl. bread, cereal, corn, peanuts, etc.)
No Dairy (except butter)
Scoring:
Base point total is % of weight lost (eg. 8% loss=8pts)
1pt per day for completely clean eating (ANY cheat results in 0 pts for the day)
1pt per day for 30 min. of exercise (add'l 1/2 point for each add'l 30min of work/day, max of 2pts/day)
8 Beer Exception (May have a total of 8 beers over the duration of contest; any additional results in loss of all points for day consumed)
