I forgot to mention that I accomplished a first in my competitive running career last week. I came in last place in my age group. Despite this being my third running season, I appear to be going in the wrong direction. Now I wasn't last, just last in my age group, but still....it sucks!
The other bummer - my Monday weigh in. Despite it being almost a month to the day since my last weigh in, I'm headed in the wrong direction (see a pattern here?).
